2025 health coaching programs are outlined below.

Coaching Programs

Programs focus on a greater reliance on faith in Jesus Christ (if you are a Believer), a supportive community of participants, and lifestyle medicine principles of behavior change such as healthy eating, movement, quality sleep, social connection, and stress management.

  • 3-12 week programs are held online in the evenings and weekends.
  • Participants meet 1-2 times per week for 30-40 minutes each session.

  • Participate online or by phone.

  • Private Facebook groups are offered for learning, encouragement, and support.

Individual Health Coaching

3 Month Package

  • For adults starting a weight loss journey.
  • Focus: building foundational health habits, self-awareness, and consistency.
  • Initial assessment, basic goal setting, health vision creation, education, simple action plans
  • 1 40 min. video / phone coach call / week
  • Exercise & nutrition tools & templates
  • Private Facebook Group – tools & support
  • 6 days per week email support
  • $250 per month I $750 total

6 Month Package

  • For adults seeking to refine their weight loss approach for long term progress.
  • Focus: developing mental resilience, refining habits, & overcoming obstacles to sustainable weight loss progress.
  • Comprehensive assessment, personalized goal setting, motivation, evidence-based education, advanced lifestyle skills
  • 2 30 min. video / phone coach calls / month
  • Private Facebook Group – behavior change tools, assessments & support
  • 5 days per week email support
  • $200 per month I $1,200 total

12 Month Package

  • For adults seeking to maintain weight loss success.
  • Focus: achieving a long term strategy for continued weight stabilization.
  • Comprehensive assessment, personalized goal setting, sustainable habit mastery, lifestyle integration.
  • 1 30 min. video / phone coach call / month
  • Private Facebook Group – behavior change tools, assessments & support
  • Workshops (gut health, pain management)
  • 5 days per week email support
  • $180 per month I $2,160 total

21 Day Moving In Freedom Challenge

A 21 day group health coaching program designed to help women develop an exercise habit that lasts using faith-focused activities that are enjoyable (or are tolerable) to feel and sleep better.

Implement movement habits with a different mindset within a supportive and guiding environment.

In addition to getting the benefits of a solid exercise habit, participants often use this challenge to obtain a sample of the group coaching experience.

Tools & Techniques You Will Learn…

  • A renewed mindset to eliminate confusion and give yourself the benefit of the doubt.
  • Reliable habit changes tools besides motivation.
  • Time management skills that help to find time for an efficient workout.
  • Set realistic goals that come alive based on where you are right now.
  • Modifiable workouts based on your unique limitations and preferences.

You get:

  1. Access to a board certified health coach to work through unique challenges.
  2. A workbook to guide you with goals, scripture, sample workouts and a workout schedule.
  3. Access to a facebook group for community support.
  4. 3 Group Health Coaching Sessions to work through challenges and develop your unique plan for long term success. These are recorded, but attendance is encouraged for best results.

In addition, best results happen when spending time with the Lord in prayer each morning (~5-10+ minutes) and doing the pre and post session work.

Living Well Seminars / Webinars

  • For church, community groups, and athletic teams seeking a different approach to better health that motivates and produces lasting results.
  • An interactive and entertaining discussion on wellness subjects such as feeling better, sleeping better, having less stress, optimal body image, weight loss and/or the power of community that can be achieved through a greater reliance on faith in Jesus Christ and lifestyle medicine principles of behavior change.
  • Held online or in person.
  • Evening and weekend seminars are available.
  • Custom seminars are designed based on the desired outcome.
